Refund Policy
StageHand stories are digital access products. Contact us promptly if a purchase does not work for your event.
- Digital access.Purchases add access to a digital game in your StageHand library.
- Refund requests.Contact support@gostagehand.com with the email on your account, the story name, and the reason for the request.
- Eligibility.Requests are reviewed individually. Whether the story has already been hosted, substantially accessed, or refunded before may affect eligibility.
- Access after refund.A successful refund removes the purchased game from your StageHand library. You can purchase it again later.
- Free games.Free games do not require refunds and can remain in your library.
